PART 5 of 5 - Making Of Emotivate

Love all, trust a few and do wrong to none.

I think if shakespeare was around when they were writing the bible he could have saved a lot of blokes a hell of a lot of time with this one line.

  1.    DRUGS - “Artificial Happiness”

Admittedly I have tried most drugs and without doubt there has been some good times but at what cost?  I have first hand witnessed the terrible things they can do to users, their families and the unfortunate people caught up in the wake of the supply chain.  My belief is that when we feel that high somewhere else in the world someone else is feeling the opposite reaction.  I don’t believe buying a drug gives me the right to steal energy from the universe like that.  You are free to take drugs and I won’t judge but please don’t try to pressure me into taking them… I will make my own happiness!

  1.     LOVE - “Paradise”

I think moulin rouge had it right!

“The greatest thing you will ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.”

There will always be challenges in a relationship.  I believe when you find the right person, no matter the challenges together its possible to overcome them and build your “paradise”.

I think bucket lists are a brilliant idea!

  1.      THE IMPORTANT PEOPLE “The Afterlife”

There is no evidence to suggest that when we die our consciousness still exists.  The idea that we are somehow re-united with those we have lost is a damn beautiful concept!  I am prepared to blindly believe in it.  However, in case we are not, making time for those who matter before it’s too late is probably a pretty good idea.

Sometimes we have to do what we have to do until we can do what we want to.

Knowing how to do something or being good at something is really important but I believe understanding why we do something is the most important thing of all.

  1. THE HOLISTIC OVERVIEW - “Golden Fields“

“If you can dream it you can do it” - Walt Disney

Once we can imagine what the perfect version of our life looks like, we truly have to believe in ourselves like it is a religion and make it happen.
